Matt Moran is a renowned chef, restaurateur, presenter and author with a lifelong obsession with food, seasonality and the freshest ingredients. This passion was ignited with his first chef’s apprenticeship at age 15 and is evident in Matt’s spectacular menus at both his restaurants and his catering businesses in both Sydney and Brisbane. Food lovers flock to dine at ARIA, Chiswick, North Bondi Fish, River Bar & Kitchen and the Opera Bar.
Matt has written several cookbooks, covering recipes that he has adapted from his restaurants and those he prepares for his own family and friends. His television show, Foxtel’s Paddock to Plate explores the diverse regions of Australia in search of the finest produce and the people who create it. The program has won many accolades, including Most Outstanding Lifestyle Programme at the ASTRA Awards.
Matt has generously supported the OCRF in many ways, including catering event support for White Style in Sydney. We are very proud to have Matt as an OCRF ambassador.
