Bequest wording

Cash or specific gift

I bequeath the sum of $______________ to Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation ABN 24 898 129 866 of TOK Corporate Centre, Level 1, 459 Toorak Road, Toorak, Victoria 3142, Australia (www.ocrf.com.au) for its general  purposes. The receipt of the treasurer, secretary or public officer for the time being of the foundation is an absolute discharge to my trustees. 

Residue of estate

I give to Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation ABN 24 898 129 866 of TOK Corporate Centre, Level 1, 459 Toorak Road, Toorak, Victoria 3142, Australia (www.ocrf.com.au) all of the residue of my estate both real and personal, whatsoever and where ever situated, to be used for its general charitable purposes and I declare that the receipt of the foundation or duly authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my executors'.

Share of estate

I give, devise and bequeath _________ percent (or a fraction such as one half) of my estate to Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation ABN 24 898 129 866 of TOK Corporate Centre, Level 1, 459 Toorak Road, Toorak, Victoria 3142, Australia  (www.ocrf.com.au) to be used for its general charitable purposes and I declare that the receipt of the foundation or duly authorised officer shall be sufficient discharge to my executors'.
